On the segregation thing I think it’s a shame it’s happened at Wakefield. I’ve never had any problem there but know some who have. I’ve always stood in what now is the “away” area and never had a problem there with viewing. I am of average height though and can see how anyone below 5’10” might have a problem. Hopefully they’ll get the new ground sorted soon and we can move on.

On a positive note the pies available were excellent. If only we had decent grub available at Odsal on a regular and reliable basis.

You're not telling me you could see the touchlines? or even the corner flags. I'm pretty much average height but , even from the very 'heights' of the back of the terrace I couldn't see either for people standing in front. Even the "dug outs", which really ought to have lived up to their name and they might have been lower down, were blocking the view.

At least from behind the posts the only actual line you can't see is the dead ball line, though even there you can't see much of the in-goal or have any concept of where play is taking place in relation to the try line at the far end.

I wasn’t right up against the wall Bulliac but about 2m back directly behind the dugouts. I couldn’t see the near side corner flags in their entirety and it was a strain at times but I didn’t miss anything although you couldn't see either tryline. Maybe I was lucky with who was stood nearby. I prefer standing on halfway at any ground if I can get away with it as you can get a better view. A bit more elevation to the terracing would make a big improvement but it wasn’t too bad. Not like being stuck behind the spiral staircase in the south stand at Headingley (now gone thankfully).

Oh get over yourself. Every club has morons, but to tar the entire club with the same brush as them is the most moronic thing. I was stood in the north stand as my friend is a wakefield supporter and he got me and 2 other friends cheap tickets for the game. We were happily cheering on Bradford and had no trouble at all from the wakey fans around us.

If you've a real issue with the club or the conduct of their fans, I suggest you contact the club directly with your grievance.

I have to say Bradford got revenge for us taking their place in the 8 last year (for whatever reason)
It's good to have a big crowd and a close exciting match.

Some can't handle the excitement and go over the top but generally Wakefield supporters don't have a beef with Bradford.

I guess the best plan is that you don't come to Wakefield any more and then both sides will be happy.

Always enjoyed going to Wakefield games away. Always a good atmosphere in there but I have to say i didn't like standing on the West Terrace. I'm 6ft 3inch tall and felt really sorry for anyone stood behind me as I couldn't see much at the best of times.

Only plus side was that we got to "cheer" on James Roby in the first half... even had him smiling at one point!!! LOL
