Team look keen, and putting a good effort in. Unfortunately we also look smaller and younger across the park. And shudds just have a bit too much speed and skill when it matters. We don't have a Danny brough pulling the strings either. Couple of nice dust ups and a strong following of Bulls fans.

Had one player gone off injured, didn't catch who it was. Lumb Campbell Keyes and peltier showing up well. We're going to need bigger reinforcements in the forwards.

It's interesting that Huddersfield scored 16 points in the last five minutes of the halves (10 points between minutes 35 and 40, and 6 points in 75-80)

Yes that was him He took some holding and ran hard, started blowing a bit after a while, but he looked very useful.

Losing by less than 30 is a good result considering.

It doesn't necessarily need miracles. Just good coaching that gets players performing at 100% and full of confidence. That makes a massive difference.

I think all we need now is 5 loan players and about 5 signings.
I would go with 5 pack players, A new Moss and half back, good utility plus 2 centres.
We have plenty of wingers for now.
Then keep some cash under the bed for a couple of key signings (short term) for the play-offs.

I thought the young lads really did us proud today. Magrin skittled a few a few times. We played a fairly basic gameplay, entirely understandably, but i think there is a core of good potential there for toovey to work with, the loan or other addtions, hopefully in the pack, will be key to us competing. Correct, in fact it looked to me like the last try in the first half the hooter sounded as the play the ball was happening, wasn't close enough to see exactly but it was very close to being played after the hooter and possibly a couple of our guys on the outside were flat footed as a result, huds scored a couple of well worked tries and deserved the win but we were a lot closer to them than I feared.
