Is bridge just being given a week off or has his loan ended? Can't hurt to rest both him and Olbison given Easter fixtures coming up though.

I assume they meant for Addy to come on as replacement 2nd row / loose, not hooker.

I think we are pretty close to our strongest line up, but I don't think - on current form - Addy or Chev would be in the 17 for me. I think Bridge is going great and would love for him to stay for the rest of the season, right now he's in front of both Addy and Olbison. From a home grown point of view that is a shame, but we can't afford to be sentimental right now.

I'm also in two minds about Adam Henry still. At times he shows good touches and always seems to make good yards going forward, it's his defence that worries me a little. Moving BLythe to the centres and putting Bridge in at 2nd row might tighten up our defence out wide a little.

Still, it's good to have most of our tiny squad fit going in to the busy Easter period.

I'd have both on bench, Addy gives us an option if anything happens to Gaskell & can spell back row. Obviously o Brian will be needed to spell Diskin (who again we don't know is 100% fit). I think it may be too much of a risk starting Gaskell, diskin & Sidlow. I'd be tempted to start Mullally and bring Sidlow on from bench.

Hopefully Ferguson will do a better job of containing Hock than we did last season against Widnes. I'm still worried about Addy and Henry in defence and would've probably stuck with Bridge on balance, but we'll see how it goes. Salford fans are very confident whereas I dunno what the heck we can do.

Watching Hull FC tonight makes me hope that Gary Schofield slams some of players in his column next week. He absolutely slated Westerman Miller and Rankin this week and they were all excellent tonight.

Logan Tomkins in at hooker should stop our sloppy play around the PTB, and Lee moved to 13 provides us with solid defense and a third pivot. I think Harris coming in could spoil it for you guys. Players tend to raise their game straight after a personnel change. At least I'm hoping this is the case.

Bentham started where he left off in the CC so many forward passes and uncountable offsides by Salford - one questionable forward from us (which looked flat) called for forward - how is this guy not back in training FFS

Poor ref tonight , didn't get a single call our way . Loads of forward passes to Salford and no one put on report for high tackles or throwing punches .

Disappointed tonight, I thought we were poor, gifting Salford at least 24 points through mistakes.

Our attack was woeful. Our approach play is so 'careful' that we don't create any gaps, and we have 0 genuine dummy runners.

I've come away from Odsal this year proud of the players efforts, but today there were too many mistakes. Never did ourselves any favors.

Positives were probably Fakir, Gaskell and Ferguson. I think Ferguson runs some really decent lines, and packs a punch in the tackle too.

Disappointed to see Bent ham stick his tongue out at the fans as he came off the pitch. His performance was poor today, he never had any control of the defensive line.
