| Yes we are all passionate about the great team we used to support; but are we just being taken for a ride.
Lets run a poll for each game to see what percentage are going - and how much it changes as we get nearer the drop zone

| How about going because as a supporter you support through thick and thin (and in early Jan 2017 we didn't even exist!)

| To be honest, from the start I was struggling to muster much enthusiasm for ANOTHER season with a points deduction imposed. I expected I would be swept along for another ride with a bit of renewed hope and and optimism for a brighter future. Instead I feel like this whole season is a sham and I have no idea what my money is building towards. So it will be remaining in my pocket and at the moment I'm struggling to see why that will change again this year now.
The club will have a massive marketing job on their hands for next year, especially if as expected we start in NL1 after a completely wasted year of hammerings. I'm beginning to wonder if they're living in their own little world up at Odsal or perhaps underestimate just how p1ssed off the fans are becoming. Let's hope they realise before they down to the last 1000 or so fans.

That comes under "going because I want to" or "going for another reason"
I couldnt list Every reason for going or not going so i left so miscellaneous ones to capture every other reason

That's original. Come along and hand over your cash because we should just be grateful to have a side... Do you work at the club? I think that line has worn pretty thin now after the various admins.
I think Bradford Bulls actually have some of the most loyal and patient fans in the game and have proven that in the last few years. But there comes a point for most people when they see they're being taken for granted and treated like a mug and decide enough is enough.

Well I'd actually like to see the club move forward and engage. For some fans it seems to be a contest to prove just how much of a fanatic you are. That's great in a way but personally I draw the line when I feel I'm being taken for an idiot and lied to. Perhaps open your eyes and remove the rose tinted spectacles and consider the club needs to engage at all levels of support, not just 'super fans'. Criticising fans who may have been going just as long and who have also spent similar amounts on the club over the years isn't particularly helpful in my opinion. I feel we are at the point where loyal fans have had enough, but could still be held onto if the club pull their act together and begin communicating honestly.

You should get a job in the marketing department at Odsal
For me, the option about not dancing to Cha-Lo's tune was the closest. I'm just completely burned out on everything that's happened over the last few years. And with what amounts to absentee landlords in 'control' (if, indeed, they are actually in control... who really knows?) it just seems like a waste of time, energy and money to trog over to Odsal every other Sunday.

OK, if it's a 1ng contest I have been going since 1966 which is ever so many years. And I have seen us be mostly ca4p but in those days teams were what they were. I won't be going for several reasons.
1. I am sick of being taken for a ride.
2. I'm sick of getting home from games in a foul mood.
3. I'm sick of supporting the youngsters that we develop only to see them be cherry picked by SL clubs whose (or is it who's) fans then come on here telling us we should be cutting our cloth blah, blah, blah
4. I'm sick of being told it's my fault we are bad because I don't spend enough at the club. (perhaps we should all arrange to have our wages paid to them directly and the club just give us pocket money once a week)
5. I'm sick of the idiots that run the game 'selling' the league sponsorship for a deal that involves painting a some lorries.
6. I'm sick of the idiots that run the game selling long term TV sponsorship at a cut price.
7. I'm sick of being asked to raise £500k in two weeks to avoid going into admin only to be put into admin by two guys involved in another p1ss1ng contest.
8. I'm sick of paying SL prices to watch a team of journeymen that couldn't give a toss whether they get promoted or not.
9. I'm sick of getting within a hair's breadth of safety only to find out that when you turn around looking for support from the owners it's not there.
Think that covers it, but more significantly I watch SL games on TV and say "You know what, I'm not that bothered whether we get back or not.

| So what you are saying is that you didn't mind going when we were good, we nicked other clubs youngster when they were struggling, Paul Deacon, springs to mind but now we are and struggling you aren't going because you don't like the owners and lack of communication. Fine, your choice

10. Having just read the T&A I'm sick of hearing the players say "We made mistakes and know we weren't good enough but we've been ripping it up in training this week".

Didn't we get Deacs in 97? I see you are choosing to ignore the previous 31 years I had supported them, standing on the Rooley Lane End when you had a 10 minute walk to get to the next supporter to ask for a light for your cig. AS I said I have seen them when they were poop and over the last 51 years I have watched them being more poop than not.

| I will be going but I must admit I am struggling to justify it every week. I wouldn't blame anyone who decided not to go based on the feeling around the club and disconnection. You're supposed to enjoy your weekend after all.
I have never gone to the games to watch us win or lose, I have gone to watch us play and I've always felt the bulls had something special in being the people's club (i.e. No sugar daddy) meaning the club success was closely linked with the supporters but these new owners seem different and it does feel like they are not bothered whether we turn up or not.
I wouldn't blame fans staying away but it's self damaging as the supporter fan base is all Bradford have and that sets us apart from other championship teams (no offence intended).
Classic catch 22

Me too.
After 48 years (first went as a small child in 1969) I think I've earned the right to be considered a stalwart. For most of those years we were average at best (a few years of being garbage in among). That period from 1997 to 2005, whilst extremely enjoyable, is actually the exception rather than the rule.

| We'll still be going as long as there's a team to support. The specific problem I have is that while I understand sport is cyclical and there's always some hope somewhere, the trials at Bulls do seem to be never ending. And my kids are beginning to grumble as they don't remember the good times and have less resilience. And if the kids fall out of love with the Bulls & the game then we're really stuffed

| Seems daft to have a go at each other since we've all carried on going where about 6000 others haven't.
However everyone has a breaking point.

| On a personal level.I will always go home and away because I love going(started in 73).The real alarming thing that smacks between the eyes reading the posts on here is the number of long term supporters/die hards if you like who have finally had enough. The majority of people on here are passionate long standing supporters but who slowly but surely are turning there backs on the club they love.Im guessing for many that is something they do not do lightly. How do we stop this happening(winning a few games would be a start)but I think it probably runs deeper than that.People support a club not just to see them winning but to feel part of something special, something worthwhile and something with a purpose.Right now we have none of these and so good people are being lost to the club.I dont have the answers but will say it deeply saddens me that it has come to this.

I honestly couldn't care less if we don't win another trophy in 20 years. I just want a club I can be proud of and feel part of. Obviously I'd like to see us winning a few more games but it isn't the biggest issue for me personally.

Wasn't far behind you JB started attending as the 4th generation in 76', and my own kids are now the 5th - but the current situation may have finally broken me.
I will not attend until I get some clear indication of how our new owners intend to rehabilitate the club, doesn't have to happen over night, but some indication of a plan would be really helpful right now. All I can go on right now is that there is no plan and they have no clue, or they do know perfectly well but have chosen to treat their fans badly. Either way it stinks.
I fear there will be under 3,000 there today as more people like me decide they won't be take for granted any longer.

| Poll suggests a slight majority.
54% of those that voted said they would not be going to the game.
Interestingly the majority of those not going was because of Cha-Lo
And of the 46% that voted they would go to game majority were because they had already paid.
Whether you went or not - this is not an indication of your loyalty - we all want our team to do well, but the majority of us have said enough is enough

| I didn't go. I asked my daughter if she wanted to and she said "there is no point, we just lose all the time and it's embarrassing. We were rubbish last week."
So two more who did not pay to go today. And a very real danger of losing a young fan for good.
