He seems really level headed. Sounds like he will not be happy with own form without a team win and is thinking what he can do to help the team.
I remember previously been infuriated by an interview from Ben Jeffries. We had had a pretty poor losing run yet in the interview he was happy with his own form. Came across as smug and not team orientated.
