10 minutes walk from the ground at the most, HU9 5YD for Sat Navs.

Just turn left instead of right at Marfleet Lane traffic lights and you'll see it, it's a huge four floor new build with a roof like The Deep

new school, but it's still preston road, i wouldn't leave my car parked round that hole.

I also live in the area and have never had a problem. Staff cars have always been safe, including out of school hours/weekends; the pitches are used by the community and local teams as well as the Academy teams.

However, it's hard to change people's perceptions so to each his own.

Hopefully a few away fans will come and use your parking facilities and there perceptions maybe changed

Well if it's secure parking then there should be no issues. I have parked and been broken into in Hull, but it was not secure parking so, can't really compare the two.
