Has anybody booked transfers with Catalan Sports Tours. We have booked to be picked up at Girona airport on thursday to go to the Merure and back again on the Sunday. At the moment I have not heard anything regarding the details. I got a confirmation of my booking but thats all. I have tried the email address and the telephone number but not had a reply. Has anybody else done the same booking and had any details.

I emailed them few weeks back about their services but they didn't get back to me so I though stuff them and wont use them now anyway.

I was like you and had received no information, but I e-mailed them and they replied straight away with all the necessary information.

I have emailed them back and now have the details that I need, thanks for the replies.

I gave my opinion of CST, they didn't reply to any emails and I don't think that's good service.

I run my own business and I would never not reply to any email and I certainly wouldn't be offensive in a private message to potential future customers.

There must have been some miscommunication somewhere. Dave is one of the nicest and most helpful people you would ever meet.

I passed comment on my own experince and I think it's poor.

He then posts my pm I sent him on public forum (pm = PRIVATE message) and also sent me a nasty pm.

I'm locking this thread now, one person says that they have received poor service from this company, others say they have received nothing but good service from the same company, this thread is going nowhere fast.

If you wish to use CST, and Pete's is one of the very few complaints I've seen btw, the lesson is to use their business email address to contact them.
