He's not carrying anything now and throughout his career has a good injury record. I'd be surprised if he doesn't put a good run together.

Exactly. He's working hard to get back to match fitness, get in the team and contribute to our season. Yet, some people feel the need to slag him off.

If he was being lazy, not bothered about getting into shape and taking his wages then fair enough, slag him off. However, he's not, he's clearly working incredibly hard to get back to the form we hope he can produce, credit to him.

I hope he can prove the doubters wrong.

Couldn't train because he couldn't run is one thing, but that doesn't stop swimming or upper body to keep fit.

I thought when he played last year he was good. A good drive in the contact, nice and heavy in the tackle, talked a lot in defence.

His performance against widnes was immense, but he's been underwhelming in a below par team since then. He's got a bit of beef to face tonight in the B&W shirts, so hopefully it should bring the best out of him.

If his hamstring has gone wouldn't that cut swimming with any intensity out as well? I'm also not sure upper body work would keep him that match fit.

I can't believe the stick he is getting for having two career threatening injuries on the bounce and thus not being match fit, although it is mild compared to the usual explosion on Red Vee. Rip his contract up!
