Interesting thought occurred to me the other night.
I have bought some of the turf that saints were selling of the pitch, and after reading the top 100 saints book I noticed that Alf Ellaby has his ashes scattered on Knowsley roads pitch.
This got me wandering about has there been any other legends who's ashes have been spread there or even anybodys family members?
This is not just any piece of grass you'll be getting...
