Its not that we got beat that is upsetting all us Saints fans. We can take getting beat,and in this extremely competitive league, you can expect to lose at least a 1/3 of your games & still finish in the top 3.
What upsets us, is the fact we are playing boring, and very predictable attacking rugby league. Even back in the 80's, when i started watching Saints, and didn't have a sniff of glory, we'd still walk away from the ground 'entertained' if anything.
We've not scored more than 14 points in a SL game now since mid-July. That is incredibly hard for a Saints fan to take.
Brazil don't win every tournament, but they still try to play beautiful football. Watching Saints under Potter is like watching Brazil play the longball.
Every new Saints coach knows what is expected of him when he takes the job....we're not called the Entertainers for nothing. Saints fans expect more. Its not about losing, we don't expect constant success, its not about not tonking teams either. Potter is trying to edit an oil painting with crayons.

Just glad to see it is not like a few letters in the weekly rugby press about the fog! I remember so many games in the past when I was a regular supporter and season ticket holder with mist and fog at Knowsley Road and no one ever said anything.

The game should never have been on, that's plain for all to see, and i have no doubt had it not been on SKY then it would not have been on. However, that's not sour grapes, it is more than likely Hull would have won the re-arranged fixture as we would have used the same rubbish tactics.

At the end of the day people paid to watch the game and they couldn't see the majority of it, i can fully understand fans being p!ssed off with that.

I hope you get back on form . I have always found saints to be rather entertaining to watch . Something seriously wrong over there at KR .
The team have lost the fun factor . It's a long time since I noticed a smile on the pitch . They don't even look happy when they score . The looks on their faces is more one of relief than joy .

Hopefully sometime soon we will be welcoming back the entertainers .
Always been a big admirer of KC . He was one of the ( if not THE ) best entertainers . Used to be able to guarantee he would pull something out of his bag of tricks to make the neutrals go WOW .
