As its the one that matters...yes. I know we have all been over this many times, but the team that wins the grand final is denoted as the champion (Best, superior, No 1 call it what you will) team for that year.

Those are the accepted rules of the competition that all clubs sign up to at the start of each year.

If Leeds win the hub cap this time round then it will be an achievement slightly better than winning it in 2004 or any year since, as this years regular season was a more ballanced fixture list.

If Leeds win the GF again then they will be the best team of 2009.

If your guys do it, I will not have a problem accepting them as the champion/best team of 2009.
