That's a shame, especially after the long wait for a new stadium (which I think has turned out to be more of a hindrance than anything else given its location).

If you don't want to read what they have to say add them to your foes list in the User Control Panel and you won't have to read their posts ever again.

So far as Smith is concerned, I've seen on Twitter that he isn't playing today. That would make sense really given that he will be cup tied next week. There seems little point in playing a new player one week but not the next. May as well give him time to adapt before sending him out on his debut.

I just hope Smith doesn't come back to bite us in the way that Longy definitely bit the Pies!

I have seen from a couple of posts from Twitter saying he is playing. To be honest Wigan can have Matty Smith. I think he is a half decent player but he could be found wanting at Wigan imo...

Smith is the type of player who will look good when his team is on top, and anonymous when they're struggling. He isn't a player to turn a game around, IMO.

I'm not disappointed he's gone to Wigan, whether he is a replacement for Finch or Tommy L he's a step backwards.

Played pretty well today in his debut, came off the bench after about 20-25 mins and played hooker. Made a big difference compared to Logan Tomkins. Helped set up a few tries and put in some good hits.
