All teams do these things! Refs don't always inforce to the letter of the law as most of those things don't effect the outcome of a game. If the game was reffed to the letter of the law you would have not beat Wigan as the player never played the ball for the last try! But some refs show more sense than that! Bentham is pedantic.

The weather, as always, will play a big part. The forecast says 'sunny intervals' in Leeds on Friday but I don't think that amount of sun, or the return of Maurie, will be enough to overturn a red hot Leeds.

They're racking the points up recently. They scored about 60 away to Celtic, where we managed to scrape a 4-0 win.

The amount they put over Cas doesn't worry me, we put on over 60 at their gaff and 50 at ours with our kids, Celtic were/are in turmoil as well, i don't think leeds have had a real test for more than a month.

And they failed that at Wigan.

What makes you think Friday night is gonna be a test? From what I have seen recently, Saints are going to have to raise their game CONSIDERABLY to provide a test.

I have to agree with you there, as a Leeds fan, I expected us to pick our points difference up in this month just gone against Castleford and Celtic, however, I didnt think that we would put 60 past them.

Your correct, the game will be a close one, but like its been mentioned, Saints will have to up there game this week if there past few performances are anything to go by.

Should be a good game, Leeds will be favorites with home advantage and a bit better form wise but it's certainly no forgone conclusion.
