Couple of them are pretty good. Hulk for Crabtree, Fireball Catalans for Pryce and the Westwood one is decent. Think the Tomkins and Roby ones "Whirlwind" and "Dynamo" are a bit 1970s.

I think it's supposed to be a play on the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

I got that bit but surely they could have come up with a better pun which at least made some sort of sense?

The only thing extraordinary about Super League is how the powers that be stay in employment.

I think there is a germ of an idea there, but it's not very clear in the execution.

10/10 for trying though. It's a purposeful campaign to raise the profile of the game and some of its 'stars'.

RFL can do nothing right to some of you, they actually make some effort to promote our sport and people still complain.

Because it's so purely executed it looks like a joke. Decent idea, we wouldn't be complaining had they been able to advertise and promote it correctly.

I've only just watched the trailer and I think it's great. I don't think the timing matters as it's not specifically about the play offs; just about rugby league.

Pity the trailer couldn't be shown on the TV and/or at cinemas. Cost of doing that would be prohibitive though. Mind you, if the company continues with that degree of creativity there should be some great ads coming out for the world cup next season!

This could be the reason for the number of views so far on YouTube committed rugby league fans watching it, yes it is good no doubt and about time we had this type of promotion. Personally though I think it is a total waste of time at this time of the season, it does not even mention the Mickey Mouse Premiership being played currently, it only features the Top 8 Clubs. Why was it not kept to launch next season and World Cup Year with all Super League Clubs and mention of course of the name of Super League.

The RFL seem to love doing things back to front and in no order! The sooner Nigel Wood goes the better the game of Rugby League needs fresh blood and he has reigned over the past years of failure and is now doing a review of the Future! it makes the game seem a Joke!

Typical of RL that they have produced a really positive eye catching video and poster campaign at the end of the season when it will have a far lower impact than if done to launch a new season

The magical images we are seeing of the players should have been what was plastered on the side of the Stobart Lorries throughout this season. They would have drawn far more attention than the bland "SKY" branding that was actually carried out.

A kid in a family car during the summer holidays seeing these images on the side of a Lorry, would have been naturally drawn to these colourful pictures, and would no doubt want to know who the likes of Ryan Hall and James Roby were.
