I understand were an extremely poor side and poor coached team. If it wasent for our run of 9 straight wins at the start of the season we would be around 4,5,6 on the ladder. We look absolutely awful and its time for a change.

24-10 with 15 to go was frustrating yet tolerable - but just as with Catalans we just gave up and conceded 3 tries in the last 10 ...

They turn up when they want. Poor attitude IMO. Again, if that was a do or die play off match you'd have seen a better Saints performance. Does my head in.

Doesn't shock my slightest with this squad. As I've said all year, we have to many half hearted players in this squad. You can carry a few half hearted players but can't get away with the amount we have.

We will come out all fired up against a poor bulls team next week and think we are the real deal but we ain't. We are poor.

We don't seem to lose by a little score, when we lose, we get snotted which points to the being a attitude problem with the players.

not a lot went well for Saints today but im sure you'll bounce back. Big Mose seemed to enjoy his rapport with the East stand, he tackled and smashed everything that moved but didn't seem interested in running the ball in very often though.

Defence is attitude. Nobody can make you tackle, you have to want to tackle.

The coach can take some blame motivation wise but where are these players self pride? They ain't got any, they couldn't care less.

When I played, I didn't want to miss tackles more for myself than anyone else, I wanted to know that I put my all in and if I do that it helps the team.

Every player who plays sport has to have pride in themselves abs I believe a lot of this squad have no self pride.

Was it Brown missing the tackles?

The players have to take majority of the blame today.

Aye, defence is all about attitude - it was Anderson who said that, and INSTILLED that philosophy into his Saints team.

The team has to proportion some of the blame today agreed, particularly for the shrug of the shoulders and give up with 15 minutes to go (much in the same way they did vs Catalans) BUT motivation, effort, attitude was missing from minute 1 and THAT is down to the coaching team. Pride in the shirt comes from them (admittedly not for the home grown players) and it's completely absent, and has been spoken about time and again on here. I thought we'd turned a corner last week after the little spat but no.

The errors are the same week in week out. They aren't being addressed - also the coaches fault.

Why on earth did you think we'd turned the corner? You must have knew it wouldn't last long playing with aggression and attitude.

We will play well next week and you will think we turned the corner and we will back to our old selves in few weeks.

It wasn't the performance that tricked me into thinking a corner had been turned - it was the spat in the media room ... I'd almost been convinced Brown gave a damn

Why always blame the coach? Why sack the coach?

Today we lost because we can't tackle. Defence is a fundamental skill that all pro players should be able to do to a certain standard. We have lots of players that can't/won't tackle. Brown can't train then like 6 year olds practicing tackling.

It's time cut the slackers. Instead of talking about it, he needs to do it.

a) I've not said sack the coach, only sack him if there's someone better available and I'm not sure there is at the moment.

b) if it was week in, week out tackling like u9s then yes, the players aren't good enough. But if we tackled like that last week we'd of been beaten by triple figures. The players can do it, but just don't as regularly as they should (which is every week) - that is attitude, that is the coach. The coach doesn't care - we've all agreed on that on here and the result is results like today - as I said elsewhere 24-10 was a frustrating yet begrudgingly tolerable result - the 3 tries in the last 10 minutes was nothing more than apathy and that comes from the coach.
