I'd go for Powell

I'm not sure about Powell from a tactics point of view, seems to get the team playing for him and successful in the team spirit department. But when it comes to real pressure doesn't look as though he has a plan B and goes into a grumpy mode, he's probably better staying at Cas for a couple of more seasons.

Awful timing but I know that was down to the press release in Australia. I think Cunningham will be the new man. I'd steer clear of Darryl Powell though, I think this season was definitely a flash in the pan.

Brown works very very hard. First there and last to leave. He's a big loss IMO as his team was just taking shape

We need someone capable of building again and playing the game the right way. This current side, playing percentages, isn't Saints. We need to get another big forward and play the right way, utilising the backs and being more dynamic and less routine.

Cunningham cannot be given the job. He's not got enough experience of leading and coaching and you have to worry a lot about the old boys club. He'd be coaching players he played with and is probably really good friends with and he'd have to make hard decisions about them.

Don't want Paul Anderson either. Daniel would be good because he's cool but he's not been working recently. Daryl Powell has done a good job for a long time now, but not sure McManus would be up for paying another large fee.

Tell you what, although it's clearly not a long term move, it would be beneficial in the short term. We need someone to come in and freshen the place up, the whole club is like a piece of week old bread. We need some razzmatazz putting back into the club. We've got the fireworks coming from Burns, now back it up with a cool coach who'll fist pump, swear at women and celebrate with the crowd.

You come out with some crap but this exceeds anything Rouges could come up with, get that big cone shaped hat on and stand in the corner.
