i've never seen any evidence of this "attitude" from Foster, in fact he always comes across very humble in interviews. yes he has a 12 yr olds hair cut, but that doesnt make him arrogant

I don't see Foster as arrogant at all. He may have been a typical 20year old lad with a modicum of fam and a splash of cash.

But never did I see him declaring himself to be the big I am.

Quite frankly if I had his job and his looks and I was 20 again, I'd have no problem using that to get the girls. You only live once. As for his Rugby, it dropped off for what ever reason and I just hope that he is not back in the side as he needs a little more time rather than any personal issues, with others in the team or the club.

I'd be pretty disappointed if Rush and KC, would be as low as to be petty about someone being a good looking kid.

I just think that if I was letting my team down the way he has, I would concentrate on putting more effort on the training ground than on twitter pages...

Maybe I am mistaken but I just get the impression after a good season in 2011 he has got a bit too far ahead of himself and needs to be brought down a peg or two...and the fact that Rush & KC choose to give a debut to an academy half back on the wing in front of him suggests to me there is more than just poor performances as to why he isnt playing

Jamie Foster is injured, he probably would have played at some point last week/over easter if he was fit. Same with Lee Gaskell but don't let that put you all off a good conspiracy theory.

I don't know exactly what the injury is but he is injured, I also don't know when he's due to be back.

True but many more injuries would allow you to play golf whilst keeping you out than wouldn't. (If that makes any sense at all.)

I think people are just reading too much into it, I think a combination of Rush and KC wanting to steady the ship with senior players and Foster being in bad form has resulted in him needing to regain his form in the u20's. It's probably the best place for him to be right now.

I don't know really: you need to use a lot of your body in your swing and if you had an injury then it would be quite painful.

He isn't injured. He was in the 19 last week.

I doubt whether either of them has ever been injured. I rather think injury is simply the cover created by Saints to explain them being dropped.

Swift played last week to give him the opportunity after experiencing the first team squad environment for the past couple of weeks in what should have been a routine win.

They were only injured for one game each (Foster - Wigan; Gaskell - Cas).

I wasn't saying they weren't dropped in the first place, of course they were. What I was saying was they probably would have played last week, had they been fit for the games that we needed them in.

You're right I'm not, check through my posts on other threads. I said Foster needed dropping to the 20's and it was the best place for him at the minute. I didn't mention anything with regards to Gaskell as I was never involved with a conversation on the topic. What I was referring to in this thread was the past 2/3 games in which both were injured for periods when they could have played.
