Looked really good around 96ish then IIRC picked up a bad injury and was never the same, although may have been a casualty of the fall of Jack Robinson as well.

But John Butler played for Saints in early 80's.

Maybe but he was there in 75. Him and Peter Banner ripped us to shreds in the Floodlit cup in ?1977? ish I think. Blimey it was black and white back then.
