Moore was very impressive in preseason games especially at Castleford and was yet again stand out player at Catalans and today's game.

Am I right in thinking he is out of contract at the end of this season?

Moore played well for me, put some good passes in, had a kicking game. Roby looked more dangerous with ball in hand, but that's to be expected.

If he continues to perform like he is doing, I can't see Saints letting him go.

If he is out of contract he has every right to move on? I hope we get him but yet another great player St Helens has produced.

Played well for me, some good passes and a lot of work in defense. A couple of hospital passes but they will be coached out of him.

I hope he carries on improving as he has the potential to be a great hooker.

His distribution from dummy half was excellent at times. He doesn't do much running with the ball but that doesn't matter because neither did Martin Dermott and I'm told, by Rogues Gallery, that he was the best hooker ever.

If Moore continues playing like he did today he can make the grade with a Super League team, possibly even us.

Moores passing game and organisation today was excellent.
He also made a fair bit of yardage up the middle as well.

Hopefully he will be back next season in the red vee of Saints.

Maybe the coaching style and/or team and/or playing opportunities have been more beneficial for him at Hudds so far? Different club, different attitudes?

I was impressed with roger, his passes were perfect for the front row runners, his kicking from acting half were very good.. But he did a few tackles round the neck / head area which I wasn't impressed with but, it's a man's game..
Roby looked lively, he got better with more game time think he switched to 13 when KC came on, quick round the ruck & always stepping to gain a few more metre's.
Both played well, but none of em can match the King today

On the basis of about 3 games on sky you mean. Everytime I see McGuire on sky hes gash, therefore i proclaim he is crap

No from the games i got to and the general opinion from Cas supporters was that he was average at best.

If what he did on the pitch was the only issue, KC would still be playing for us at the age of 45. I imagine the thing that'll decide whether he carries on or not is whether in a typical week he can walk by Wednesday.

Surely those stats achieved depend on the overall performance of the opposing team.

That is correct, and they also dont reveal some of the hidden stuff such as the sheer physical aura that Cunningham has, or his ability to read a game.

However the stats on their own are excellent for Moore, and even excluding these i thought his influence on Hudds performance was immense. He really controlled midfield for them.

Good point. They just list a tackle as a tackle. Yesterday KC made three bone crunching tackles that knocked the Hudd player right off his hinges and really lift us.
