| Allocated tickets for North and South stands have gone past 4000 and seem to be selling well.

| Could we get the Urban Tresspass people to break into the offices and find out for sure the number of ticket sales, as it doesn't look likely that the club will.
Super League's website should have a ticket with live updates of club season ticket sales on it. Name and shame a few clubs into doing some marketing.

| If they have hit 8k.Then there is not much need for further marketing. Its mainly down to fan curiosity. But in the end marketing is down to the owners to balance the cost of further marketing with the revenue from additioanl season tickets. If we are at 8k. Then that leaves 6k more to sell. Could be that further marketing would not have any significant impact on sales. No point spending money just to sell as many as you would anyway.

Why 14K? If Saints could sell 15k season tickets, I'm sure they would. Very few teams in SL warrant any allocation of tickets.

I was rounding I think its 3800 in the away end. Id be very surprised if we sell season tickets in the away end. I reckon top end sales for season tickets would be 12k. Bradford practically give away season tickets and cant hit 12k. Low end would be 8k. But if we have already done 8k then 10k is ver acheivable.
I see what you mean interms of sales should not be capped at 14k but it would be a harder sell in the away end.

| There is no special tickets for the away end, they are just standing tickets and you can stand anywhere in the standing areas either end. I would imagine on lesser games more home fans will stand in the away end

| I think you would struggle to use a west stand season ticket in the east stand. It would cause massive health and safety problems. Hence the season tickets being allocated to the west stand.

| You may have to use the specific turnstiles, but you can access all areas of the ground once inside, you can walk all the way round apart from corporate areas which are in the centre of the main stand, so enabling you to stand where you wish

I didn't think they were allowing that?
Otherwise, what's to stop you buying a cheaper stand ticket and going sitting down?

Maybe because they traditionally haven't sold enough to make an issue out of it?
Mind you, Saints never really give any indication of much!

| you can deffo walk all round ive been in, in answer to buying a cheaper ticket that is probably an option on lesser games, but I would have thought if you buy a ticket for one game it will be unallocated anyway so will be whatever price they decide.

So we'll be able to change ends at half time, just like the good old days.

Perhaps because we usually have other things to celebrate each year whereas Wigoon have been so success starved that they have had to make a song and dance about something?

| As of today Saints had sold 7900 season tickets with about 500 to 600 from last year who have not yet renewed. You've got to imagine most of them will. Brand new ST sales are still going steady with still half a dozen a day.
So... I wouldn't be surprised to see close to 9000 by the start of the season.
If that's good or bad I have no idea. But it is considerably up on last year.

If we could start next season with 9000+ season ticket holders that would be fantastic.
Now Is the time for the new marketing chap to earn his corn after the initial rush has calmed down.

I think 7900 beats any previous season ticket sales if the statement is accurate.
9000+ would be good, I can't remember what all the quotes where, for what % the likes of Warrington and co got added to their average attendance for a new stadium. I think it was somewhere between 10-20%. With season ticket sales of 9000+ Saints would seam to fall into a similar % increase.
A good first season at home and you could probably grow that number to 11 or 12k in 3 or 4 years.

I think the percentage for dire was much higher. They had terrible attendance figures at wilderspool; some matches were sub 4000 not too many years ago.

I think we could well end up closer to 9,500 than 9,000, with pre-Xmas pay day looming and prezzies to be bought.

| these questions may have been asked and answered already but i don't have time to trawl through all the posts to see if they have....
has it been announced what price a walk up ticket will be at the new ground? will different stands cost different amounts? will you really be able to change ends at HT?
because of work commitments i tend to only be able to get to half our home games each year. at the moment a season ticket in the west terrace costs £200. assuming it will be about £25 per game for walk ups, a season ticket will be better value so long as i can get to 8/9 games. however, a season ticket will presumably stop me from having the choice of trying the different stands for different matches, whereas if i buy on the day i could sit/stand in a different place each time...
decisions decisions...
