2 centres 3 halfbacks and 3 props missing ... Good win, especially to turn around a 12 point deficit after they scored either side of half time! Great spirit shown by the lads, wouldn't of won it in the same position last year.

We may not beat Leeds next week, but that's the type of game that can go either way when your at full strength. It's digging the heels in to grind out a performance against wakey the week before that's important, and that's what we've done.

Sounded a lot better in the second half, hopefully well have some fluidity before next week - losing hohaia right before kick off won't of helped either - wello set up 2 though

I think it was for the incident where lomax and matty ryan came out of a tackle groggy, no penalty was given though. Someone on Redvee has said Wilkin was on report too but I missed that if it happened

Amor will get a ban for a swinging arm on Ryan. Nearly took his head off.

Two separate incidents. First lomax was running the ball out and slipped as lautiti was trying to make the tackle and his head met alis chest.

Amor got wrong footed by Ryan and caught him with a swinging arm. Not deliberate imo as amor not a dirty player but still looked a bad one and should see a ban looming

Alternately he got stepped and stuck an arm out. Given the wakey board accused lomax of acting like a "dying swan" after Ali took his head off, it's hardly the most of objective of opinions.

That said, even if it was a swinging arm, the Bowen defence is still applicable

Saints best win of the season so far, to do it without Walsh, Walmesley, LMS and co, and still come back from such a deficit was pretty heroic. However, it sounded like we were pretty clueless in attack for the first half, we appear to be totally reliant on Walsh if we are to mount any sort of a charge later in the season.

So high shot on saints player = dying swan, it wasn't a high shot etc etc etc

High shot on Wakefield player = he tried to decapitate him! he should be banned! it's the greatest offence in the history of the sport etc etc etc

Lomax slipped as Lauitiiti was coming in for the tackle. As he fell his head hit Ali's arm which I'm sure hurt. Don't think many people would take a hit to the chin from a 19st Kiwi and get up straight away. I was amazed Roby gave the penalty. Amor get stepped and swung an arm wildly, penalty and nothing more for me. I think Ryan was milking it a little
