Well, you wouldn't expect Wigan and Warrington fans to be upset/bothered/somewhat irate at Saints losing, now, would you? So likewise you would hardly expect them to be less reasonable than Saints fans following a loss of the great team that is St Helens.

'"
What are you on about?
I would actually expect Saints fans, who are following a team that is top of the league and in the CC semi final be more reasonable yes. I'd expect fans of other teams to be trolling, yet it appears that they don't have to.
We lost a game by 2 points. A game played in atrocious weather, with no recognised goal kicker, with a second rower playing scrum half, with two senior players playing their first game after injury (one having had surgery), a very inexperienced pack with only 3 recognised props. A game in which we actually scored more tries than the opposition and they only scored 2 of theirs due to our mistakes.
Would I expect Saints fans to be more reasonable, rather than crying things like 'Potter Out!'. Yes, I would.
Added to that, comments along the line of 'We shouldn't be losing to a team like Wakefield' scream arrogance of the highest order.

Can't you read, hon? Wire and Wigan fans are bound to be more 'reasonable' than many Saints fans because it isn't their team who lost, it isn't their team who lost on goalkicking when they'd actually scored more tries, and it isn't their team who did that coz the coach decided to allocate goalkicking duties to one of our players who cannot kick. It really wasn't a complicated response.
Read Wire and Wigan boards when their team has lost. Try it should their team actually score more tries than the losing side but still manage not to win. See if they are reasonable then!
We all get over our moments of unreasonableness but I think such feelings are fully justified given the fact that we really should have won that match even though we weren't playing especially well.

How would I know it was tripe unless I'd read it first?
Nice job in completely ignoring the main point of the post though, because you know full well given the situation we are in and the circumstances surrounding the game, mean that the majority of comments that have been made aren't 'justified'.

What?
I think it's perfectly ok for Saints fans to let off steam about the coach if they feel frustrated at his decision to allocate goalkicking duties to the man who cannot kick. I don't expect Wire and Wigan fans to express frustration at that decision. In fact, they are likely to feel somewhat joyful, given the result. So Wire and Wigan fans will appear more reasonable. It's logical.
I don't know what you're so hung up about, tbh.
Some Saints fans would excuse anything by a coach. We could lose the next 10 matches and some people would still be saying it was the weather. Other fans blame the coach [ifor[/i the weather. Either way, Saints fans are generally going to be less reasonable than the fans of other clubs when it comes to what happens with Saints. I really don't know what the issue is here.

The issue is the complete over reaction to a narrow loss by Saints fans, I've already posted why I think it's an over reaction.
Can't you read, hon?
