Well, given our injury ravaged team full of kids just beat your injury ravaged team full of kids, id say we may well have done a bit better recruiting strength in depth and developing youth, the latter of which was done in the championship I might add. I believe that's the point I clearly made originally. Id tell you to stop acting like spoilt children but it would only get a hilariously childish response anyway.

Fair play to Widnes the better side won. I do think the travelling support was a touch on the low side, which with your home crowds is perhaps a bit of a downer since you came back up.

Sorry Albion I have a problem with one statement Nathan Ashe is not one of the really young players and I thought he was ready to play half back but he is not good enough from what I have seen of him

Ashe is a young player...he's 21 and has only played a handful of first team games.

I didn't say he was good enough. If you look back to my comments after the London game I said he wasn't good enough after that showing.

Don,t know how you can make this judgement based on one game and hyping it up on good youth development.

Over these last 2 seasons within success of entering superleague Widnes have been tonked at every age level including the first team losing consistenly by 50, 60 and 70 points. Massive beatings by Leeds, Warrington, Wigan and Saints again at every level.

I think you are getting carried away and getting a distorted point of view. Widnes same game last year was rubbish and got tonked by 62 points, Saints this year was rubbish and got tonked by 7 points, Similarly Widnes were rubbish against Wigan and got toked by 60 points, Wigan was rubbish and got tonked by Widnes by 2 points, similar scenarios with Warrington, Huddersfield and Leeds.

Widnes fully deserved there win on Friday night and no saints fan would say otherwise, we had a similar reaction from the wire fans when they got there first win after all those years, so we assume your reaction to the win is a similar distorted one.

did anyone have a look in the bookies at the odds for this game against widnes. Widnes were 13/2 to beat us off scratch bet some money was made there. They also got 20points start for odds 11/10.

When is James Roby back? He seems to have been injured for ages & normally he hardly ever misses.

Roby's boot is off now, saw him yesterday seemed to be walking ok, should be back in about 4 weeks possibly Bradford on the 9th June our next home game.

Who cares Widnes beat you fair and square.Yes we have had some heavy defeats,and so have other teams.We have 11 points and last year 12 and still plenty of games to go.We are a better side this year and still improvements to be made.You lot seem to have the define right to walk on the pitch and win.Well the Wigan fans are laughing on their board.

Don't know what the opinions of the wigan fans have got to do with it, but yes you were the better side and deserved the win and yes you are a better team than last year and we are worse then last year.
