One of my pet hates at KR was the height of the sticks. Most goal kickers kick the ball much higher than they were and then you get the "did it go over"/"didn't it go over" arguments. I would have left them at KR and got some new ones.

This was done on the advice of Cheshire Police who insisted that there was open space between us hard-working tax paying Warrington folk and people from Merseyside who come to Warrington once a year.
