Hull seem to be getting very aggressive and competing with Saints, rather than relying on their players wanting to stay. I get the impression they're resigned to losing both players so are just trying to inflate what Saints have to offer them.

I just hope we're being decisive when it comes to these negotiations. Far too many times in the past we've 'had' players only for them to slip through the net at the last minute and sign for other sides.

Nathan Brown has met Eamon McManus several times at the Eden Project to discuss their 'Project Eden' plans. The new regime at Saints is codenamed 'Project Eden' and Brown has a 2 year plan to transform our squad and our recruitment.

There is one MAJOR target who underpins the whole 'Project Eden' plan. His signing is absolutely vital to our planned decade of dominance.

If that major signing is one of the two major signings I posted about last week, I will be delighted. One of the best young talents in the game at the moment for me.

I looked at manu stats and very very impressive. I've always rated him but didn't think he was 32.

Manu can break tackles and make clean breaks and we don't really have a tackle breaker in our pack or anyone who can make clean break.

He awesome in a good side like yours he will be superb as we give him the ball and expect him to do it on his own, the way you attack your left side will have a field day

I also think turner is typical Nathan brown style back. He's big, fast and powerfull.

Think once Brown comes in you will rule the roost again for a good few years with the players he will bring in alongside the ones you have already
