It's about the singing club they have set up because the fans are so morbidly quiet and don't support the side properly.

"Sing along a Saint" is a new singing group, turning traditional terrace chants into TRYumphant (Love that) performances to be showcased at Langtree Park".
It's on every Monday starting tonight at the Springfield Pub in Thatto Heath, 6-8pm. I guess the rather daft news section you have hacked into there is just a place holder for where they will post the information or a piece from the opening singalong.
(Whilst I mock mercilessly can I just say any community get together where people have a bit of a laugh doing something that doesn't hurt anyone else is great.)
