I think Ashe not returning to play was a precaution, given he's just come back from a serious knee injury it would be understandable not to risk pushing him further.

That's a pattern that's emerged in most of our games this year. I think against Wigoon we didn't concede a penalty until either late first half or into the second. We are currently the least penalised team in the league which suggests that we are the most disciplined rather than favoured by officials.

Why was you surprised about how quiet the Saints support was? Saints were playing a average part time side, this was a nice weekend off from the intensity of SL. It was just about doing enough to win.

I think Saints fans are just more responsive to what is happening on the pitch than some fans are. When Saints aren't firing properly, and they weren't firing properly against Cas (for whatever reason), Saints fans tend to go quiet. It usually means they are nervous in my experience! The minute the players do something which shows some spark, either brilliant play or major effort (in attack or defence), the fans respond. They also respond to real crisis moments, like the last 15 minutes of a game that we need to win and suddenly look like we could possibly win!
