I wouldn't panic too much as yet Jonny. My father-in-law purchased 5 adult ground tickets on the website on Sunday evening. No e-mail confirmation arrived but he spoke to the ticket office (01744 455052) yesterday morning and they traced the sale using his Name, Address and card details.
He then went and picked them up at the ticket office yesterday afternoon.
