Apart from the refereeing appointments above, he has previously been a touch judge on many occasions, and also has refereed Oxford Cavaliers. Likes to let the game flow. He’s Australian but supports West Ham, and gets around the world quite a bit at different sporting events.
Touch Judge: Ellis McCarthy (Castleford & Featherstone)
Second Oxford game, the first being the home League game against Hemel earlier this season. This photo from just before the Four Nations final last year, I suspect:
Touch Judge: Joe Turner (Castleford and Featherstone)
Has been on duty for several Oxford games, the most recent being this season’s first trip to the All Golds. In this photo he is the one on the left. He won the 2017 Referee of the Year award for the College and University game (not completely sure if this photo is for another award, though).
Reserve Referee: Billy Pearson (Wakefield)
In recent times, we’ve normally seen him as the referee, the last game being the away game with Doncaster earlier this month. He races sidecars, as the passenger, and may also have an interest in whippet racing.
Match Commissioner: Dave Moss (Southern)
A regular at Oxford games - last time I mentioned that it was always for games on artificial pitches, so Pennine Way will be a bit of a change for him.
