| Referee Jamie Bloem. Born in Australia but played internationally for South Africa and Scotland. Was previously an outside back with Castleford, Oldham, Doncaster, Widnes, Halifax, Huddersfield and in France. More than half his games in England were with Halifax, which probably explains Bulldog's admiration. Is most famous for .... well, let's just say that a change of career to enforcing rules was a bit of a surprise.
Previous games:
2011 - Oxford Cavaliers v Oxford University (assuming that it actually happened?)
29/3/2013 - University of Gloucestershire All Golds 30 Oxford 40 (Oxford's first ever match - penalties 10-9 in favour)
13/4/2013 - Oxford 20 South Wales 22 (penalties 12-8 against)
27/7/2014 - Gateshead 48 Oxford 20 (penalties 6-2 in favour)
Reserve T Owen - has been a touch judge at several Oxford games, including the Coventry away game at the start of this season
Touch Judge Jason Woodman - has done a few previous Oxford games as touch judge or reserve referee. Last one was Newcastle away this season.
Touch Judge J Page - was touch judge at the York home game this season
Match Commissioner Paul Crashley - this is indeed the former referee from Wakefield. Was also Match Commissioner for the home game with London Skolars this season.
Another refereeing note from this week - Joe Cobb has become a full-time referee. He was in charge of Oxford's only play-off game, the defeat to Hemel in 2013.
