Warrington to lose Josh Thewlis, Jason Clark and Joe Philbin due to injuries / HIA. Jake Mamo may get a ban if the disciplinary panel is consistent with fighting issues.

To be honest a Mamo ban would be ridiculous, he continued the tackle because he wasn't sure it had been completed. I don't think he did, or was in a position to throw any punches when he was surrounded, he may have copped a few sly digs though.

I also thought, considering he's leaving, his reaction with the crowd after this incident and akso after the game was superb.

I don't think it was malice on Mamo's case just a bit of shall we say " overenthusiasm " on his part. The last few weeks he's been playing like an 8 year old hopped up on sweets and pop.
That been said, there's no consistency with the beak so who knows what they'll adjudge.

Would like to see Gannon back involved for Mellor. Some wise rotation certainly required.

To be fair I can agree and thinking about it, Sutcliffe returning would alleviate that issue from the bench cos he could cover the halves / SR and backs

It should either be Gannon or Walters.Walters for mine needs more game time.

He does, though on the basis of what a win would do it’d be Gannon. The time for giving development game time has now passed.

I think the weather may impact the style of play so I would go big and try get onto in the forward battle, I've not been overly impressed with Wires forwards this year from what Ive seen and I think we can get onto of them, Id give Donaldson a week off as he's played a lot of minutes

Newman needs a breather after the Hull game. Prior needs a break too but unlikely to be rested. Oledzki and Tetevano should still be fresh after their recent enforced breaks so okay for Sunday. Thompson to replace Mellor if fit otherwise one of our young guns. Suggest Mclelland should be rested. He simply wasn’t good enough on Thursday. Potential injuries after such a brutal game so potentially some surprises.

McLelland and Mellor injured. I would also rest Newman (don't want to overdo him on his return from serious injury) and Prior so that they are fresh on Friday.
