This is going to be a very tough one. Copped a few injuries in the game today with Dwyer, Walker and Watkins. McLelland and Johnson got injured in the academy game. We will have Peteru and Albert back but will still be without Ferres, L Briscoe, Crosby, Ferres, Holroyd, Hurrell, Ward. GH confirms he expects Seumanufagai to arrive this week.

Very tough game. Will do well to win it.

Perhaps we should cut out the half time team talk for Salford

If Albert, Peteru and Ava Longname are all in the side it would be our first decent prop rotation all season, at least in terms of size. We could even start to see our front row move from a weakness to a relative strength.

Myler could be doubtful too. He looked to be really struggling after the game. Said he thought he was ok but he was in agony trying to make it up the steps to the Long Bar with a knee injury.

Myler`s been struggling for 2 years.

We (Salford) don't win at home.

Donaldson deserves to keep his place imo. I thought he was great in defence at times in the second half when HKR were coming at us. He was leading the line and tackles above his weight.

Seconded, he tackles well above his weight and makes good ground going forward, he has actually been a shrewd signing for a squad filler.

Also anyone though Parcell had his best game for a couple of seasons, MOM for me.

Harvey Spence maybe gets a game, not hyped like Mclelland but looks as good if not better in games I have seen, Mclelland still not a standout so far, appart from reputation I have not seen him do enough to justify everyone wanting him to be thrown into first team yet.

Shows how much damage union can do to a league players game.

Ava apparently on his way so will probably be thrown straight in on the bench I would guess. Wouldn't expect too much considering his lack of game time and the fact he'll have only been in the country been in the country for 3 days prior to the game.

Watkins picked up a knock last week and hasn't looked right since coming back from last weeks injury so if Hurrell is fit then Watkins should be used in second row imo to for a 20-30 minute spell to allow him to ease back into things. If Hurrell isn't fit he'll have to keep getting used at centre and Singleton comes in on the bench.

Hurrell v Inu should be worth the admission money alone

Can't see Hurrell playing. Furner seemed pretty confident in saying he wouldn't be after the KR game and with a hamstring I'm not sure I'd want to be banking on such a quick return given how important he is likely to be for us as the season goes on.

Think it'll be Watkins and Newman in the centres again. Big challenge for Newman fronting up to Inu if he plays on that edge but he's brought bags of enthusiasm and energy with him the last couple of weeks so am sure he will be looking forward to the challenge!

A piece in YEP say Seamanufagai could be added to squad if any injured players pull out. I don't think Hurrell will play and I don't think Watkins will either I wouldn't risk them at all.

Hurrell is probably in the squad just to try and disrupt Salford if they have him on their tip sheet. I think Ava will play on Friday.
