Another tough one ahead for Friday night, Warrington still winless but got their first point with a draw vs Hull FC. Expecting Brett Ferres to be sitting out of this one and possibly two more games with a ban. Hopefully Stevie Ward comes back, if not, Baldwinson back in.

Interesting now that Wire have a point on the board, however as mentioned on the other thread I listened to the game on the radio and sounds like they slightly blew it by not winning as Hull were there for the taking towards the end.

Agree accept I would have ward and baldwinson over delaney, nothing against him but at the minute you have to say the former 2 offer more to the team

Id expect them to come out fired up in that first 15/20 staying with them & keeping disciplined will be key imo.
I still think they'll be brittle confidence wise if they dont get 2/3 scores in front & we hit them like ST's did.

for me, despite warringtons position, this is the biggest test since the cas game. really interesting to see if we can go there and really impose ourselves. if we do, have the right attitude and team selection we will win comfortably. I hope don't use the 3 props again, for me it just didn't work. wigans pack was so much better on Friday

Most on the wire foroum seem to prefer Patton. They are certainly not happy with brown, i have never been a big fan of brown, although in defence of the lad the whole team has been poor this season. So to single him out maybe a bit harsh.

Hopefully we can start the game how we finished the hull game and it will be a good game, start how we have started the previous games this season and it could be over within 20-30min

Watched the Leeds Wigan game and was a good watch an arm wrestle in the forwards which is what's making we fear the worst for Friday our pack just don't seem up for the fight to get on top in the forwards so far this season.

It's an interesting game for sure and both teams will be taking some confidance from the previous weeks performance into the game so maybe not as easy to call than had we lost last week but I don't think one 30min spell means we've turned the corner a win on Friday and we're just hitting the apex!
