| Good first 20 but dropped off and let that back in the game, Thaler helping them a lot with some shocking one sided refing around ruck

| Rubbish, he is been quite consistent. Our discipline is awful. But for Ferres Widnes would have a good lead here, our defence near line is woeful, but at least scrambling.
The halfs as usual poor. But forwards making good ground, Hall looks good, and Watkins very dangerous.

| No real standouts but being nearer our first choice three quarter line helps. The backwards step of no proper hooker again noticeable and Thaler has dropped off as a ref so much in 12 months. He was the best now he's giving soft decisions all over the place.

| Without doubt the most stupidest set of players ever. How do they not know how to manage a game. So many chances for the drop.

| We did enough to win that but again thaler with terrible decisions again!! Far enough points in the game we were abit poor defensively but you can't beat the referee aswell.

| Why Ash Golding on the bench? Instead of bringing him on and moving Sutcliffe to HB it should've been Lilley on the bench to come on and Sutcliffe stay at 1.
The balance because of no proper hooker again came home to bite but after such a soft first half how Thaler didn't award us an easy 2 points in front of the posts with 3 mins left after the messing they did at the PTB to stop us potentially going for a drop was ridiculous.

| The BBC radio link to listen online was Radio Merseyside; the way their commentators were talking it up was like no team has ever come from 12 points down with 29 minutes left against a rubbish team to win. So those of you who went were at a miracle akin to the second coming of Christ, if BBC Radio Merseyside be believed...

Thaler already gave us our lucky chance with the drop out from the so called tackle of Hanbury behind the line that never was.
Golding looked far better than Sutcliffe at fullback, who was absolutely woeful throughout. Him, McGuire and Burrow were the reason for the loss.
What the hell was the excuse this time for not using our fourth sub? Ablett was dead after five minutes of coming on, but was on rest of the game.
I said before season this team would not win big games with these players, as they can not control. We can't even win the small ones. If we are in the million pound game, we will lose, no doubt about it.

Just on the Hanbury drop out, I was bang in line with the try line, honestly it was correct. I know that could be taken as bias but I saw it pretty clear.
Golding did nothing for me apart from blow a try and that was the one we were lucky to get - the Moon one.
Put Segeyaro or even Falloon in and we win that game, the inbalance strikes again.

I was above it, and he was clearly over the line. No way a drop out.

Injured his shoulder with Featherstone last week, aggravated it in training.
Is there another team in SL that rejigs their entire team to accommodate an 18 year old full-back off the bench? Classic McDermott.
If I was Keinhorst, I'd be in his office on Monday asking to be released at the end of the season. Arguably Leeds stand-out player during a really bad run, and now seemingly behind Achurch in the pecking order.

He was at the end of the tackle, point of his elbow initially hit behind the line. From side on of course.

Depends if South stand or North stand. And I accept doubt on elbow, but ball was clearly over.

| Out of interest, those saying we deserved to win, how are you coming to that conclusion? The game is about controlling, and taking opportunities. Widnes controlled that second half. We took the try chances, but didn't manage what needed to be managed, and never looked in control. Our pivots have absolutely no idea what so ever.

Like I said before I do think we got lucky with the Moon try (again in line as I swapped end of the South Stand between halfs) and Golding looked like he bombed it but Thaler allowed play on instead of knock on. Comically looked like he was motioning for the screen before realising it wasn't a TV game.

| Lack of direction/composure/leadership whatever you want to call it from the halves. Understandable had it been Sutcliffe and Lilley, unacceptable when it's McGuire & Burrow and it's not a one off.
Thaler was very poor again. Terrible inconsistencies re the ruck. His reputation is falling quicker Boris Johnson's.

True, not for the first time this year I've been left wondering what's happened to him. First half in particular was James Child-esque in his giving of soft and pedantic decisions.

| it was a shambles. swopping full back twice? really??? non use of a sub, again. the halves were nowhere to be seen on the last tackle option. time and again a prop had it. sooner macdermott goes the better. he really has lost the plot.
collina, the best football referee in the world for years, was asked if refs you don't see are the best. he replied no, its the ones with the balls to make a last minte big decision are the best.
on that basis thaler failed miserably

I dont think we deserved to win at all but slating Sutty why exactly?
Burrow Mcguire were woeful ,Achurch powder puff Jjb conceding penalties for fun whilst clearly blowing out of his arris so uber coach moves him to prop
Then we have Cuthbertson who again didn't look fit & not one of his panic offloads
went above anyones bootlaces.
Loads of negatives about today & indeed the season Suttcliffe isnt anywere near them imo.

| sutty was poor but he needs a regular position. he's a half back trying to learn to play full back. our erstwhile coach started him at full back, switched him to loose forward, then to the halves, then back to full back. no wonder he looked shellshocked
