The list of what we can do at magic weekend .ie can we take food in ,get in and out with a stamp on our hand like Manchester .things like that.anyone know.

I would imagine there will be something on the RFL or club's website closer to the time giving you details of the T&Cs and ground regulations

DOs; get a cheese savoury stottie from Greggs before going in, have a bottle of dog, mingle with the locals.

DONTs; wear a red and white top, s, buy anything inside the ground wherever possible as am sure some of it'll wind its way back in to Fat Mike's pocket never to be seen again.

There is a class Japanese restaurant in Eldon Square shopping centre which honestly is boss

As a new convert to the area can I recommend a local delicacy known as a Saveloy dip.......Sausage type butty....with stuffing, English mustard and dipped in gravy.

I had an old manager that was a Gordie and she was always going on about a 'Newcastle Parmo'.

I'm not entirely sure what they are but they look disgusting...

I think its chicken covered in cheese and breadcrumbs

Breaded chicken fillet, deep fried then covered in bechamel sauce and cheese.

Like a schnitzel, but made with chicken instead of veal.
