Lots of Leeds fans bemoaning the end of an era - truth of the matter is Leeds have been incredibly lucky that they have assembled a team of good (but not great) club players (apart from Peacock who is world class). Because of this no other clubs have wanted to sign their players. Look at a real champion club Wigan - since they won SL in 2010 - they have had the heart and soul ripped out of the team as it was that good - both Tomkins brothers poached by union / NRL -Thomas Leuluai - NRL - Mark Riddel NRL - Pat Richards NRL - I could go on, all star players in key positions - yet Wigan have gone on to win the double and will win the Grand Final this year. Wigan are the real champions of Superleague and would have dominated completely the last 5 years if there players had just been a little bit poorer. Still 3 Superleaues and 2 challenge cups in the last 5 years ain bad - enjoy the break

In terms of quality, Wigan are the worst side to win a GF. Your coaches know this, hence the negative game plan and focus on ruck speed and the need to drag opposing teams down to your level.

The only reason you won it last year was because of injuries, one of which deliberately caused by a Wigan player, to Warrington players during the game. A tactic frequently used by you.
