| I watch a bit of the NRL when I can but don't really have a team. I was kind of drawn to The Roosters after reading Moz's book.
So, just wondering if you guys follow any Aussie teams?

| I watch all the NRL games, as the speed and intensity are amazing!
I have a slight soft spot for Melbourne, (despite the salary cap cheating!). I was on the train home after the last WCC match at Headingley. My daughter spotted the whole squad in the buffet car, still celebrating. A guy sat next to me happened to be in their travelling party and said he would take me and introduce me to them all. They were all top blokes! Buying me a beer, and happy to talk rubbish for an hour or more, so this numpty they'd just met.
The huge English connection at the Rabbitohs makes them a big draw, as does the chance to have Greg Inglis in your team!! What a phenomenal player!!
But I have to say that Manly are my team. I love Manly as a place, they always play great rugby, and have a fabulous team ethic that reminds me of Sir Kev's thought s after the Grand Final in 2009(?). The senior players of Manly (Anthony Watmough, the Stewart brothers etc), got together a few years back and asked the squad to put the team effort first, and not to leave for bigger financial rewards at other clubs.
I love that ethos!

| I originally supported Cronulla when ET (one of my favourite ever players) played for them, but now I want the Rabbitohs to do well.
Got a soft spot for the Raiders too because of the Furner connection, another top bloke in my eyes even when he played for Wigan.

| I watched Manlys 2008 grand final highlights the other day. Couldn't wipe the smile off my face, beaver getting a try in his final game! Fairy tale stuff that. The fact that gifty, watmough, snake, matai, king and Jamie Lyon are still in the team now shows that they must be sacrificing higher dough elsewhere to play with their mates. Awesome. Probably why they have been so consistent for so long. Same with our lot. Sinny, mags, burrow could of probably left at some point for more money.
Man, I love this game!

| Used to watch a bit on Sky, but it's a bit like Spanish football for me: technically superior but too remote to form any emotional attachment to and I have nothing to tie me to any particular team.
The Warriors tend to have the best shirts, but they're stupidly expensive these days.

| I watch more NRL than SL as the games are generally more entertaining. You actually learn from the commentators too as they have the likes of Johns, Sterling, Gould etc. Light years ahead of sky.
I like watching lots of clubs. Not got a favourite but try to catch most games.

| Manly, because I went on the 1992 Great Britain tour. We stayed in Sydney and went out to Manly for the day. Calling in at the Manly club having a nice meal, everbody was very friendly with some good natured ribbing about our chances in the test series.
PS I was watching the rugby, not playing!!

| I always followed Parramatta as during the 1980's the were quite simply awesome, I also had a soft spot for Newcastle Knights after being given star treatment when I visited marathon stadium(as it was then). In 2001 I decided to book at trip to go and see an aussie grand final as it was something I dreamt about doing, so I booked a package that would take in both semi finals and the grand final. It couldn't have worked out any better as the grand final that year was between the Eels & Knights. Regardless to say it was one if not the best holiday I've ever been on
