Who does everyone fancy this year for a flutter.

Got a feeling Rory may do well this year although I imagine his odds are fairly short

I'm gona have a look and back someone today. I love Mickleson it'll probably be him. I know next to nothing about golf though so I just guess.

None of the big guns have fired yet this year so lots of talk of a rookie victory this year but im not so sure.Augusta is an unforgiving course, and the seasoned players who turn out there most years tend to consistantly do well there.

So, although an obvious choice Mickleson is still a solid pick.Jason Day has come close to winning a major in recent years and is one to look out for along with Matt Kuchar who has done well on the PGA tour for a while and been solid in majors without getting over the line.Most of the brits are still scratching around for form but Rory Mcllroy looks to be in far better shape than last year and improving all the time, so that is where my cash is going.

I've backed Stenson each way on Paddy Power.

so i put a few quid on Mcllroy at 11/1. few cheeky quid bets on longer shots Kuchar,Day,Rose and Donald.

Love the Masters.Always gives me the feeling of the the real kick off of the sporting summer.

Want Mickelson to win but I'd go for Jimmy Walker/Patrick Reed or Jordan Spieth if I was a gambling man, should be good odds too I would guess.

Just checked, and this Masters thing turns out to be some sort of golf thing, so I don't fancy anyone for a flutter, or care even a tiny bit who wins.

Absolutely. He will never live up to the hype.

Tbf when someone wins two majors at his age there is going to be hype. Very good player, but not the new Tiger.

I had £5 each way on Spieth at 55/1 so was gutted he didn't win but still got me a return. I've watched him closely since he was top amateur at Olympic club a couple of years ago, and this kid will win lots of tournaments. My plan was to back him in every major this year but his odds will be sliced now.

Absolutely he only won 2 majors by the age of 23

I bet my mate on Friday that it will take him 5 years to win another.
