I don't know how true this one is but i have been told that Lunt is signing for the Rhinos at the end of this season,I would be surprised if the Giants let him go to be honest unless you have stumped up the transfer fee?
Didn't the Giants name their price for Lunt last season and you wouldn't pay it?

I know the Giants are expected to sign Kyle Wood from Wakey but i'd be surprised if we got Lunt back.

I doubt this very much, Uncle Gary is as tight as a camel's ar[size=100s[/sizee in a sandstorm and the way Lunt is playing ATM and, IIRC he has 3 years left on his contract which will make him a very expensive acquisition.

Lunt is playing the best rugby of his career and there's little to suggest he would want to leave. If he did it would be to go to aus.

Lunt might be playing well, but he needs to move back to a genuine Top 4 club to have any chance of adding to his GF winners ring.

He won't be signing for Leeds then. They haven't finished in the top 4 since 2010 and won't be this year.

Remember, the Rhinos season actually finishes a little later than all but one other team in the league

Leeds have finished 1st in Super League for the last 2 seasons.

The weekly games are played so teams can determine where they would like to finish in order to enter the play offs with the best chance of finishing the season as Champions.

No idea who finished 3rd or 4th last year, but Leeds finished 1st and Warrington finished 2nd.

Top 4 club isn't always meant in the literal sense of the word. Rather a team that consistently challenges for, and wins trophies.

Generally, there are only 3 or 4 teams that can do that in any period of time. This past few years it's been wigan, warrington and leeds.....and up until the past couple of years saints as well.

Considering huddersfield haven't won a major trophy in over 50 years and last contested a major final in 2009, i think it's pretty safe to say you are currently [inot[/i a top 4 club.

I doubt he would go, I certainly hope not as he is a class player, but as has been alluded to, money talks and contracts mean zilch if heads get turned.

We came first last year, and the year before - how is that not Top 4???

But they were not a top four side in the regular season which shows consistency in the league. Not just a fortunate few games at the end of the season.
