Not sure if I've ever mentioned this before but I charge double during the off-season. Hard drives are full, archiving takes precedence and I'll still be behind where I'd like to be by next February ...... that's guaranteed.

I don't quite get what the numbers in brackets are. Are they age of full debut? or the rounded up to the nearest year

So this kind of proves that (for purely player development reasons) running an under 23s team is pretty pointless then, as by the time they are 22 it should be clear weather they are going to 'make it' or not. Lovely stuff.

The bracketed number is for rounding. For example Chev Walker was within two months of his seventeenth birthday while Kevin Sinfield was less than three weeks away from his. So while they were 16 some might consider them (for this purpose) closer to 17. It's up to the individual which way they wish to view them.

Yep, those will be the one's kept on and loaned out to learn their trade in the very competitive Championships.
