| Turn up against wigan, bend over, get lube out.
...But it doesn't matter because we have second chance and we can come out all guns blazing next week.
The above is basically what catalans have done. I don't think wigan have ever had an easier playoff game. But you can't pick and choose when you turn up in the playoffs.
[i[uThose gutless pieces of sh*t[/u[/i got what they deserved tonight, go hard or go home.

| To be fair they seemed to 'go hard'. It just seems the plays that come off and the paases that stick in the weekly rounds don't come off in the crunch games.

| Based on his comments after the game, the lack of composure and mental fragility in that team feeds down from the coach. Hope he hasn't used up all his savings on the flight home, the whining crybaby.

Couldn't agree more with this thought that was a poor showing from Trent Robinson unlike when we've seen losing speeches from our own Kevin sinfield who never makes excuses and takes a loss on the chin Robinson moaning about the refs all season and saying Thaler tried to make it look even towards the end of the game is abit disrespectful penalty count was in favour of Catalans and fakir should definitely at least seen 10 mins

| Fakir maybe, What about McGuire?
You will miss him next week. You need to hope Sinfield can do it all himself because he and Burrow are your only outlet. Hall did okay last time against our weakened side and Jones-Bishop just finishes from 5 yards. You boys are in trouble. Wonder how many of you swamp our board if we play you and beat you. You are as bad as Warrington.

| If Thaler was trying to even up the penalty count in the second half he got a little carried away.
First half they went 5 to 4 in Les Catalans favour
Second half they went 10 to 3 in Les Catalans favour
My favourite sequence was between the 66th and 67th minute. Penalty against Bailey (High Shot), Penalty against Sinfield (Hands In The PTB), Penalty against Watkins (Tackling Man Without The Ball) and Penalty against Peacock (High Shot)
Marvellous stuff apart from the writer's cramp.

| To be fair, he's right. I would be livid about some of that refereeing, Leeds forward passes galore, Leeds knock ons not given, punching going unpunished.
Never mind though, still representing the White Rose so good luck!

And the people on SKY insisted there were only three penalties in the lead up to the Mounis try.

| The first of those penalties was some nineteen minutes after the previous Leeds indiscretion. Had any one of those offences prevented a near certain try or a quick play the ball against a disorganised defence then perhaps a sin-binning would have been called for but as it was I don't think Thaler even got to the point of issuing a warning.
Whether that was the right or wrong action/inaction on the referee's part is a matter of opinion.

I haven't watched the full game.
But I'd question the decision to give a scrum when the Catalans player was supposedly "accidentally offside". If the knock on from his team mate had shot out at him, if he'd made an attempt to get out of the way, then I'd have given accidentally offside.
But the ball bounced up in the air and he just stood there like a gormless statue and let the ball hit him. The chance for us to mount an instant attack on a zero tackle was then lost. So the correct decision IMO is to give a penalty and give Leeds the opportunity for a kick downfield. He shouldn't have been rewarded for inactivity when he'd been wandering round the pitch offside.
