Much as though Wigan should be congratulated on putting out an all ex-academy pack in last weeks Saints game, I got a bit tired of the commmentary team, then Shaun Wane, reminding us. Especially how they haven't had enough pats on the back for this mesmoric achievement. Then Phil Clarke and his spunk-o-meter added his 2 penneth last night. Got me thinking surely Leeds could do similar - and very quickly realised we could put out a pretty decent 13!

To be fair though Leeds players have been on the recieving just as much as anyone in the past. At the beginning of this season Watkins was one of their new obsessions and back around 04/05 i genuinely feared for Danny McGuire safety if he ever ended up locked in the same room as Eddie Hemmings.

When we played Huddersfield at home this season, weren't BOTH back lines made up of only British players, most of whom were very young. I don't remember so much fuss then.

Wigan have to be successful first...and they're way off Leeds level of success in super league
