Seen a few players do this down the years and according to my dad even the great Lewis Jones.

In the 70's and into the early 80's (in the days before extensive pre match warms up were around British RL - something I first recall seeing the Australian touring teams doing) certain players would save the throwing up for during the game and usually it consisted of last night's ale.

Craig Innes threw up at Hull KR, IIRC. I've never been sure if it was because he had an upset stomach or if it was some kind of statement on his surroundings.

Inees always seemed to have that 'sick white as a sheet look' going on.

Masky used to throw up in the dressing room before every game. Used to really let go. I remember when i was mascot against cas and i couldn't believe it. Never seen anything like it at rugby before or since!!
