Just wondered if anyone has any idea how the ticket sales are going? The Wigan fans are getting very giddy on their forum thinking they're guna severely out number us! I hope this isn't the case, and I don't think it will be.

They probably will outnumber us. But then you don't win anything for having more fans.

Can't see them totally out numbering us at all. Every man and his dog from our estate is going! Warrington wasn't big enough for them in the semi was it? I'm sure they got less than us and Cas.

While I think this is a bit of a myth, they also didn't win anything for it. They won a pot for scoring more points on the field, but there were definitely no trophies handed out for having more fans there.

Excellent use of the word "barley", which saves you from the blushes of the fact they were in (and won) a major, some might say more important, final only 10 months ago.

I've seen this tosh bandied about on a few threads recently, how Warrington supposedly had twice as many fans as Leeds etc etc

if you count the number of blue and yellow shirts, there were clearly more than the number of blue and yellow shirts

There were equal amounts of blue and yellow shirts on the pitch though. I've heard on the grapevine that Leeds are releasing a limited edition 'wash faded' pinky/red shirt to be worn exclusively at this year's final.

Regardless of who will have the most fans, we will out chant the pie munchers.

Also i'm pretty confident that the Rhinos will win, my reasoning for this is that game one against them, should have been all over by halftime and game two we were robbed by the video ref.

I'm sure there will be a large increase in ticket sales after hearing the great news of Moore signing for next season.

Very well from my experience - I handed over my credit card and got two tickets with minimal effort

I've been away and got back in the country on Friday afternoon. The first thing I did after dumping the cases at home was to leg it down to the Rhinos ticket office to see if I could get somewhere near the rest of the Leeds fans.

No problem what so ever - in fact they had boxes of tickets left. I seriously doubt they'll get anywhere near selling out.

I'm sure I heard somewhere on Friday night that there was about 3,000 left. Not sure if it was on twitter, or the announcer said something. It was when the attendance was announced. "15,000 in here tonight and yet still 3,000 tickets left for Wembley". Or words to that effect.

I have already got my tickets & will be there to support the team, but I can understand why many fans are getting fed up with spending their hard earned money when the club appear to be showing a total lack of ambition and direction.

GH is correct in believing that some fans are fearful of a repeat of last season's whitewash, but he is deluding himself if he thinks that is the only reason & he should take a look closer to home.

In these trying financial times people are saving their hard earned cash to pay for tickets in our late season surge to the Grand Final.
