The thing that I don't understand is your put in a poisiton in the cue (36) gets down to number 10 then you get the "Your support is important to us, Please call back later"
I've just been waiting for over 20 minutes and it's happened twice now.

Think yourself lucky it's not as bad as the England Football Ticketing system! I was at position 4 one day, then I went back to 27th, then 109th....not sure how it's possible to go backwards in a virtual queue!

Arrived at 06.30am and joined the queue in position 4. Thought jesus christ I could have had another hour in bed here ! It Didn`t really start getting busy until 08.30am.
Had my tickets by 09.15am and when I left queue was still only about 100 yards long up to the security gates at the hotel entrance.
