| Ian Shirke manages to up his offenseive work rate but still makes the fewest carries of any forward bar the hooker.

Indeed delaney has had some good stats for a few weeks now. Might want to go to souths now though as his costa chum has moved there

| I didn't see the game. But I won't be creating any opinions just because the stats have been aired.
I walk a higher path.

I need neither to see a game or read some stats to understand that Ian Shirke is likely to show less hunger for the ball than any other forward and, it seems, most of our backs.

That's our Prop Number 4 you're talking so disparagingly about.

I know where that tear is really falling from.........
It's the old 'slate him so no-one will find out my crush'.
Your overt 'bromances' are Burrow and Diskin, but I've clocked your covert one. Sorry for outing you.

| The Crusaders missed tackle stat of 5 is the first count in single figures in a Leeds game this season. Leeds' lowest in that time was the 14 V both Les Catalans and Hull KR at Headingley.
Good defence, poor conditions making the game tight down the middle, the result of a limited attacking game from Leeds, Opta inconsistency or a combination of all four.
Either way it's not often you'll see a tackle completion rate of 99% and you can see why Leeds were interested in Jason Chan before coming away with Weller Hauraki.

| If the crusaders only missed 5 tackles during 80 minutes then that is some achievement, so too is the fact that the Rhinos managed to win the game
Delaney and Peacock both posted notably high tackle counts and also a 100% completion rate too
Is Hauraki now coming into form?
Admittedly he hasn't been up to the desired standard so far this season and has often been found wanting in the defensive department, and has thus been targeted by opposition sides
36 tackles and only 1 missed against the Crusaders is surely an improvement and a positive sign of better things hopefully

Maybe we're still intersted in Chan, hence allowing Cross & Burgess to go, or has he already signed for Warrington?

| I have been less than complimentary to Hauraki in the past but very good stats for a 2nd time. And excellent stats from Mr "reliable" JJB.
