My apologies if this has already been covered but whilst I watched the game yesterday I noticed a three digit number below the badge on the players shirts..

Does anyone know what that is all about, I am guessing limited edition shirts....just wondered if this was the case or not

The number signifies the player (in sequence) to have reached 10 first team appearances.

tvoc can give you precise details.

Its their dressing room peg number.

Too many arguments recently over who gets which peg, the only undesputable one being Rob Burrow's being as its only three foot from the floor.

Surely, being in your words "big, daft lads" -except for Burrow - they'd have pictures to denote their pegs not numbers?

You're probably right - Rob Burrow would have a picture of a mouse above his peg, Kirke a picture of a bluebird drifting in an open sky, that sort of thing...
