The unfathomable 'Try Assist' returns. Here's a new slant for 2010 though, Leeds score three tries and are given four assists. The Jones-Buchanan offload to McGuire was good but it wasn't worth two assists. In addition the amount of work Donald had to do to finish would have rendered Watkins' pass irrelevant for the try assist stat last season but not this and so it goes on.
Top tackler Kevin Sinfield, 39 but the 3 misses means the accolade should probably go to Jamie Peacock this week.
Despite conceding more than double the penalties Leeds managed to run for more metres off the same number of drives but where the penalties took their toll was in the extra 61 tackles they had to make.
