Not quite the same system - the one the Bulls are using is a little more sophisticated than the ones that we've been using but fundamentally the same and nothing new.

I reckon there's a greater chance of them losing their sat nav than there is of them finding Pryce.

Its' used to track player movement during training/games and calculate the distances covered, AFAIK

it can also monitor, fatigue, heart rate, pulse etc so could be used to time when a substitute is needed

Is it monitored live or is it simply recorded to look at after the game?

Its a live system, and can be used to know when to sub certain players. England used it in the 4Nations FWIR

I have one I use for running (birthday present, saves looking at maps to see how far I've run I suppose), I suppose it's pretty much the same thing. Still seems a bit gimmicky to me to be honest. More use to Sky and the Statto-types than players and coaches. Everyone'll get bored of it in a few years.

'Tis true. Mine loses signal if you go within 10 yards of a tree, then takes ages to find it again. Invariably when I look at my pace for the run I discover that I did one mile in a time that Roger Bannister would have been pleased with in his prime and the next in about 12 minutes. I've had it a few years mind you, and I think technology has moved on quite a lot since then.
