| Warrington away has to be the contender for ‘dross of the year’.
Most have gone traditional (the Giants haven’t bothered at all by the looks of it) this year but the Bulls attempt is a step too far IMO – Hull FC on the other hand (assuming that is their home kit) have been, in relative terms, radical but it’s a good looking shirt.
The more I see of our home shirt the more I like it but without seeing an away shirt for real it looks pretty good although it could end up looking like a chav polo shirt once on.

| I like ours a lot, but my favourite is Bradford's. I just think it's different and (in my opinion) it really works. I wore my new home shirt yesterday, at the Boxing Day match and I think they look really smart.
For me, I think Wigan's is the worst, closely followed by Saints.

| All hideous over priced debris from an explosion at the bad taste factory - 2010 Leeds shirt included* - that serve to prove that a piece of polyester soaked in rancid puss, puke and diahorrea would sell like hot cakes to fans as long as it has their club's badge on it. Not only that they'd keep telling themselves they liked it.

Have you eaten something that's disagreed with you? What's made you so bilious today?
Slight overreaction methinks.

Not at all.
With the possible exceptions of Saints, Wigan and Wakey theres none of them look like rugby shirts.
They're hideous polyester monstrosities that look like toddlers pyjamas/super hero play suits. I suspect Colin Hunt acted as sartorial advisor.

| Wakeflields kit looks okay.
The rest are cheap and nasty looking. Salford really do have no clue how to make their kit look anything other than a generic Sunday pub football team that plays in a bit of red. If you go to rugby kit websites there are the cheap 12 quid shirts in various primary colours, it's obviously where they get theirs from. Even the shade of red is feeble and used by Wigan, Stains etc. It looks like one of the kits my 7 year old made up on PES for his Master League team.
Here's an idea for the "Red Devils", darken the red a bit - not quite as far as a Queensland kit (the colour of clotted blood is a good one) and have shirts, shorts and socks all red - 100%. Then make it out of material that doesn't shine like Simon Cowell's teeth or look like it will dissolve in the rain.
Happy New Year everyone.

By far the most concise summary of the horrendous polyester produced pap that passes for "club colours" these days - I'm constantly staggered that some people actually wear these on non-match days too as a garment of choice for shopping around town - every time I see someone wearing one of these creations in a shopping mall, or worse still in a holiday resort on a hot day I feel like giving them a good shake and snapping them out of their sheep-like trance where they think nylon is a great material to wear.

They have the added disadvantage that these days the kits are cut to a "snug" fit. It's impossible to look anything other than obese and un-healthy in them (think Jonny Vegas) if you are not at SL levels of fitness. It's like looking at Dawn French in a Hugo Boss suit, it's just wrong.
Most Salford and HKR fans will look like toffee apples.

Now you've brought to mind the contents of the south Bradford council estates parading around the White Rose Centre when they were all Bulls fans - it will take all day to get rid of those images now.
